(I realise these are APN settings but it wouldnt do any harm to check them out )

If memory serves me correct BB 9800 is an OS 7 device. and thus only supports BIS / BES email service..

You can try using this: not sure if it is still live, as you need to send a servicebook to your device

And create an account..
