I found a phone

I have found a phone which has taken heavy damage from traffic. The imei number is visible on a sticker. what can i do to try to find the owner

Your best bet is to hand it in to the police @Simon56.

An IMEI won't always find the owner if they have passed it on to someone else.

At least the police will have it safe if someone asks about it.
