I've recently switched from a nokia to a Huawei Ascend and ever since I have been unable to send or receive MMS.
I've visited the O2 store on two or three occasions and the 'guru' has checked the settings (they are exactly what is quoted on the o2 website) and have been told that it will be working in 24hrs.
This is not the case. My contract is exactly the same, the only difference being the change in phone. I was able to send and receive with my nokia.
Has anybody else had similar problems?

Yes, can connect to internet via wifi and data connection.
Have done "Active" to "2020". As I said before my SIM hasn't changed, nor my account, just my phone and it's been ever since then .
I'll give customer services a ring and see if that fixes it.

Hi there.
Can you connect to the internet ok?
Have you sent "Active" to "2020"?
You could ring customer service and ask them to "check that MMS is provisioned" and if it is to "remove and reapply MMS".
