How do I prepare my Android for Exchange/sale?

I have been looking at the Samsung A50 or A70

I would most appreciate advice on how best to

clean my phone which is  an Android Lumia 640 ready to hand in for exchange to Samsung.

I have removed all photos.

I have removed all contacts

I have removed all my email accounts

Any other advice would be most welcome too.

I think that the sim I have is larger than required for the Samsung phone

Maybe O2 shop could assist there?

There is an O2 Shop and a Samsung Store near to each other in Town.

Preparing my Android : this is what happened 

Having asked @MI5 I decided to take out my sim and the Sd card so nothing

could be damaged, before I started.

I looked everywhere on the Microsoft Lumia 640 for re-set or factory re-set

not hard to search through settings etc. Nothing there ~ this must be an 

odd phone type .  Anyway had to do it so went on line for instructions video

found a video hard resetting the exact phone.  Watched it several times and then

followed the instructions step by step with my phone and  the instructor :

~ fantastic this is what the phone looked

like when eventually it got to that stage ~wheels turning turning turning with a bar showing progress ~ took quite a long time.  Then total re-set looked like this~

I checked through it and it was good.  

When I went into Samsung (I think they were going to re-set it or clean it) anyway it was already done and they took the phone in for the £50.00 discount with the final words "say goodbye"  

quite emotional

@TallTrees  Glad you have sorted your phone. Thats a good post to read, I will be resetting my phone before i send it off.

I didnt get my phone yesterday DPD wasnt allowed to leave in safe place even though i left note on door to leave at garage top of my street. I missed them delivering by 30 mins

So i had to pay DPD £5 to redeliver today saturday because wouldnt be in again Monday.

I have phone now and busy setting it up i am about half way there. Liking it so far can tell its a better phone then my old Samsung
