Not sure what you mean by checking other device connections @Shane_van_7755 

You can check network settings  by going into Settings. Also Wifi connections via settings. In fact, Settings on any device should give you all the info you require.

If you want to sort out network issues, they can be find in either of these guides

Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone? 

For anything else give o2 a call Guide: How to find help & contact O2 

OR
