Solved: HTC Windows Phone 8S - screen frozen

Hello all,

I have just taken delivery of my brand spanking HTC WP 8S. I've been having a little play and, noting that the battery was getting low, I popped it on charge. I then attempted to enter my passcode. The screen has frozen halfway through me doing this and I can't get it to 'thaw'. The phone won't turn off, though the touch sensitive buttons on the blue bar at the botton buzz when pressed, but nothing happens.

Help!
