Galaxy Watch 4 - Upgrade contract with add on [watch line] or completely new phone line

Hello

 

I was going to buy a new galaxy watch 4 and was unsure if I should be choosing an upgrade or a new line with a new number?  The o2 salesperson doesn't seem to be so sure.

You need a new line or else your phone will stop working and be useless to you.
