Bought a Samsung Phone with the Galaxy Buds special offer. I waited for ages for the text with voucher code for the offer. Nothing arrived , After chasing customer services, this offer via SMS finally arrived on Thurs 27th and.I immediately tried ordering , and entering the code , ( with basket set to "pay in full" ) but it reports that the code is invalid. I have tried every day since. Please advise asap.
