A friend can send me texts which I get. I reply, but she doesn't receive?! She has a very old phone. She is sure she has not blocked me by accident. She is on EE. I am on O2.

If she can receive texts from others it does seem most likely that she has blocked you.
Do you know what phone she has?
Some have separate block lists for calls and texts so may have only looked in call blocking options.
