On 24th July had discussion with 02 regards discounts for my self and everything was agreed and was offered a gift as recompense to arrive on 25th, the package arrived but was incorrect and was sent a QR code so that I could send it back for onward transmission to the correct recipient and 02 email stated my Samsung watch Active 3 would be with me on the evening of 26th but as yet nothing has arrived, no communication, nothing
So, when is a free gift not a free gift, I assume its when it comes from 02
