Both username and password are usually"admin" unless you've changed it, in which case, just hold down the reset button for 10 seconds to reset back to factory settings.

Hi, thanks for your help but, sadly, no good. I tried 'admin' & 'admin', then just in case a reboot afterwards but no good...any thoughts?

Normally either of those would fix it so can you talk me through the process that you are trying to login?
Is it a usb unit or just a mifi unit?

It's a Huawei mobile BB device. I recall originally using 'admin' and 'admin' but obviously I changed the password some years ago. I remove the back cover and press down (using a ball point pen) the small grey-coloured reset button. Wait around 10-15 seconds and then retry logging in. Tried it three times now with and without a reboot of the device in case that is recommended. No joy 😞 (by the way thanks so much for your ongoing help)

Hi again, I found the problem. My laptop had automatically logged into my phones 4G connection. I wasn't recognising my mifi device - I'm an idiot! Thanks again, I'm now sorted. Cheers, have a great day. Dave

The o my thing I can think of is that you're not pushing the reset button in far enough.
Can you try it with a paperclip?
