Hello, I have a PAYG SIM on a 10MB/unlimited minutes/unlimited texts for £10 bundle. I topped up £10 and it immediately dropped to £0, so topped up another £20 and it’s dropping £2 a day despite my phone being connected to wifi 24/7. Can anyone help me figure out why?

Credit is exchanged for allowances https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-as-you-go/big-bundles so that accounts for the first £10 top up.

For the £2 a day, this should only happen if you don't have any data allowance remaining.

If your MyO2 still shows that you have data, you need to message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
Thanks.

Thank you for your reply. My account is showing as 0MB available, but again how can this be when I’ve been on Wifi since I started using the SIM?

Most likely is that your wifi dropped out or the phone lost the connection so reverted to using mobile data.

Keep mobile data turned off on the phone when you are using wifi.
