Data connection not working on Nokia Lumia 710

Anonymous

Hello!

I am using the Nokia lumia 710 on Windows 7.5,  and I have recently switched my PAYG tariff from 'Favourite Place' to 'Text and Web' I change on the 24th of January 2013,  and I have topped up £10 the night that I did it, this morning (the 25th) I received a text telling me I have been switched over to Text and Web, I also got a text telling me I have 300 free texts and 500MB of data usage, I have received the settings that activates MMS and Internet, but the Internet still does not work!  All it says is that I have 'H' connection and it will not download any data.  Please help as I have waited for AGES to get mobile data on my phone and I got my hopes up, but where soon dashed as it does not work.

Thank you!

What are the settings you need to put in for MMS? I'm not familiar with this phone so I can't answer without knowing the question....

Have you tried downloading Network Setup on Marketplace? This application will help you get the settings from your network provider.
