Cannot receive text messages from UK number while abroad.

Hi

I've got a Blackberry Bold 9700 which I've had for a bit over two years now. I don't seem to be receiving text messages from UK numbers while in Sweden (but texts from Swedish phones/numbers work fine). This is the only issue as calls work normally.

Is this an O2 issue or a phone issue or something to do with the network it connects to while I'm in Sweden?

Thanks

Kim

I'd call CS (202 Free from your handset) and report it. Ask for the network team to look in to it for you.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

It may have something to do with roaming agreements between the networks. Can you connect to a different network and see if they work?

Connecting to a different network doesn't seem to make much difference.

Sometimes a text will come through a couple of days after it's been sent but some of them never come through.

Is that still the number to call if I'm abroad?
