I've just paid my contract and switched to voxi. I didnt realise I was still for for a tariff on a tablet I got with the phone which must of been paid off ages ago. I can't figure out how to cancel this tarrif, phone keeps cutting off when i mention cancel and I don't even have the tablet anymore as it wants to send a code to it. Messaging also isn't available and nothing on the app help please
