Morning o2,
as you well know i have decided to leave o2 as i due to leave for overseas work and a company mobile is one of the perks, my number is due to be discionnected on the 23rd of november but i had a text message from o2 saying they will continue until the 10th December. please note i do not want a continuation, please disconnect and cancel number as from 23rd of november as agreed

You need to call 202. We are all customers like yourself and cannot access your account.

You need to call 202 as this is a customer to customer forum without much chance of any official response from O2.
