Recently got a 'Pocket Hotspot Huawei 4g 2017' with a preloaded pay as you go sim. It seems to work fine however when I look in the my device page on the o2 website I can't view my Current Balance or my Tariff (it just shows "This information is not available at the moment. Please try again later."). As a result, I can't reliably track how much data I'm using.

Any feedback on this issue would be much appreciated.
