Not applicable

My Bold 9900 has decided to just die on me, I have no idea what is wrong with it, it wont charge or do anything. I've had it for over a year so I have no warranty for it, but I've still got another year left on the contract. I've taken it to repair shops but they said there is nothing they can do because its that badly damaged. What shall I do, Please help!

How did it get badly damaged ?

Have you tried 02 repairs. They would send it off and let you know how much to repair it and you can authorise the repair or decline it depending on the cost.

Or speak to the manufacturers support centre

You could sell it as a non working model and buy another from somewhere such as CEX.

However if a standalone repair shop has broken the seals on the handset the manufacturers warranty could have been voided.  slight_frown

They send it off to their repair department, take a look and then contact you with a costing.

Then you decline or authorise the cost.

Sorry that didn't work.

Well you can do what we have said in the previous replies if you so wish.

Good luck.

Haha... Its not your fault. I'll go down to o2 and ask about the repairs. Thank you for your help, much appreciated.
