I must say @Toby I was surprised not to see this appear on O2 yet but looking into it I can see 2 things which may explain why.
1. It is still only pre order.
2. And this is the biggy. ...
The blackberry priv is unfortunately exclusive to carphone warehouse

Hi @Anonymous Welcome to the forum

Not sure if O2 will be stocking the Blackberry you want. They dont seem ti stock many Blackberry models nowadays. I will ask @Chris_K from O2... as he is the one in the know...

Or you can keep an eye on the shop for updates https://www.o2.co.uk/getupdates

As for refresh...once you have paid your device off you are free to cancel airtime or upgrade. Look at this guide here http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Discussions-Feedback/A-Guide-To-O2-Refresh/td-p/877701

O2 pricing at CPW.

Seems OK,  not mind blowing but still respectable.

Easiest way to upgrade would be to pay off your current refresh with O2 first but you could take a new contract with cpw and cancel after with O2 as you will find it cheaper to take new contract with cpw.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Going by this link at Mobile news O2 are NOT stocking it http://www.mobilenewscwp.co.uk/2015/10/27/blow-for-blackberry-after-latest-handset-snub/ Why? i am not sure but maybe it is because they cannot make up there minds on where to place the mobile under the devices link on there community support page.Is it a Blackberry(Other Devices) or a Android or do we add another link for Hybrid.
