Blackberry Bolt On (help needed)

Hello I'm currently having to top up £15 a month to get BBM and Internet access. I was wondering how do I get the Blackberry bolt on whereby it takes away £5 a month for BBM and Internet?

Would appreciate if someone could help because there is no need for me to top up £15 a month as I never use it and have to keep topping up anyway. For instance I have £29 on my phone but I cant afford to top up again for just BBM and Internet.

Please can someone tell me how I do this, thank you!

Hi,

On your anniversary date the bolt on cost would be taken from your available credit so if you have £29 just sitting there it would be deducted from there.

If your unsure then contact 02 on 4445 and they will change you to another bolt on of your choice.
