Blackberry 9900 dead

My daughter was using her phone last night to wake to find that it was off and wouldn't switch on, tried another battery which we know is charged but nothing. What i hae noticed is that there is a slight red light/led behind the center button that goes off after a while once the battery is put back in. Can anybody help????

Hi.


Try ;



- Remove the back cover of the BlackBerry.

- Remove the battery for one minute.

- Hold the red "End" button down and replace the battery. This should now stay lit.

- Hold down the green "Call" button for a moment, then the red "End" button.

- Alternate pressing these buttons until the hourglass icon appears on the screen.

- The handset should now boot successfully.


You may need to seek assistance from Blackberry Support or 02 Repairs if under warranty.
