Blackberry 9360 keeps freezing, says memory error and keys stick

Ive had my Blackberry 9360 curve since February and the keys stick i thought they would loosen up with use but they havent also it freezes and keeps coming up with a memory error and suggest deleting languages i dont use ive used a new memory card yet its still doing the same thing ive got the latest updates please can anyone offer me any advice

Pulling the battery with the phone ON will dump all the temp files and clear the cache. Might help with the memory errors but sticky keys sounds like a hardware issue.

Sounds to me like you have two issues?

When you say buttons sticking I assume you mean they do not depress after use?

If the phone was new and you have not split anything on the keys then I would be sending it back for repair which will be under warranty.

With regard to the other issue and not having a lot of Blackberry experience I again assume you have deleted all that can be deleted? Have you got memory set to go to a new SD card and delete from the memory on the internal HD?
