Blackberry 9320

Hi folks my 9320 has started playing up, the screen keeps going white then dark gray and then the phone freezes until I take the battery out and reboot it, any advice would be appreciated.  I got a new battery for it but that doesn't work as it just shows a battery symbol with a red cross on it so sending it back.

Have you tried connecting it to a PC, installing and opening BlackBerry Desktop manager and making sure the phone is running the latest operating system?

I'm not saying that will fix it as it sounds like it could be a hardware issue, but its worth trying before you get it fixed
