Solved: BlackBerry App World "Nearest Places Around You" A...

I have paid for the pro version of "Nearest Places Around You" app from BlackBerry App World. When trying to install this app I get messages such as "an internal server error has been detected" and "error occurred when downloading". I have also had "error with license key" message.

The app is by Ajani InfoTech Private Limited and I have tried contacting the company but they have not replied.

I sent a tweet to @BlackBerryHelp and they have said due to the complexity of this please ask your mobile provider to open a case with BlackBerry Support for advanced troubleshooting.

Sounds like the server delivering the app is playing app. I'd pursue the app developer or reclaim my money if no response. Good of BB to throw the issue over the fence too
