Hi! I have purchased a bolt on of 100min for £3 and it says to see remaining minutes send BALANCE to 20202.
However when I do this...nothing happens at all.
Also they do not appear in my02 app.
Can anyone help, please?

20202 is for contracts only,that is why you are not getting a response
To check Bolt on balances you need to use one of these options. Hope this helps
- Calling 4444 (option 2)
- On My O2 or
- Texting BALANCE to 2020.

You can tell I'm on an unlimited tariff....
but the little bullet points where taken from the Pay and go department and it says 2020...I don't have a pre pay sim to hand or I would try it...

I'm sure it's the other way round:

20202 - Pay & Go"
