I believe the OS update is being rolled out. Any idea when O2 will have the update?  It's meant to prolong battery life etc.

Hi guys,

Happy to see the update has found its way.

Although there's been some miscommunication around this update, it's a good opportunity to review what went wrong. This will definitely help with identifying how we can improve the internal flow of information.

So, thanks for bringing it up and pushing me for an update, guys. It really shows how amazing a community platform can be for getting your voice heard.

I've also started a thread where you can suggest improvements you'd like to see, so I'd really appreciate everyone's suggestions: http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Discussions-Feedback/How-should-we-improve-announcement-on-phone-releas...

Cheers,
Leonard

I'm wondering if this is a false alarm, some on Crackberry said there was an update but then had to admit it was just an update to reinstall core apps that they'd deleted

That's not the way I read the thread on Crackberry, Several carriers were rolling out .99 in Europe and Caribbean.
iPhone 14 Pro (O2 ), S23U (EE), iPad Pro LTE (EE), .

Ok, @O2 have just tweeted that there's an update for BB10, nothing came up when I checked for updates so is this a (very) belated alert about the update we got a while back (after most of the other major carriers had released it)?

Likewise.

When I saw the tweet, I was delighted that O2 had really learnt from recent experiences! When I went to download, I realised that internal communications have yet to be fixed.

Hi, does anyone know why I can't download this update OTA? I'm using my pay monthly sim on a sim-free Z10.

What version are you running now?  If it's 10.0.10.90 I suspect you've got the latest version O2 is currently pumping out.  Some on Crackberry have reported getting 10.0.10.99 through their carrier, but I'm starting to suspect different version numbers for the same update in different regions (the USA got .85 I believe)
