Attempting to end my contract

Anonymous
Not applicable
My phone has been stolen and I have spent all morning ringing customer services everytime I get through to someone they just hang up. All I want to do is pay and terminate my contract and won't allow me to do so.

They will block the sim for you but it won't allow you to cancel your contract without full payment.

Yes I saw that @jonsie but wasn't sure if they wanted info on stolen phones. However I have edited my post as it seemed too much information...

It's 202 then option 1, then zero if you are calling from a friends o2 mobile or dial 0344 8090202 from a landline.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
