Hello Wispared7, To make sure everything has been removed from the Tablet I would suggest factory resetting the device which can be done under the settings option. If you have trouble with finding this please pop onto our website where you can book a free appointment with one of our gurus who will be happy to assist.

Hope this helps.

Thank you for replying @O2Leyla

The good friend who gave me the tablet told me it had been returned to factory settings.

To get full benefit you'll need to enter your own Amazon account details too.

Thank you for your reply @MI5

I have entered my own Amazon details ... ... ... however somehow I have lost Alexa who was there when my good friend gave me the tablet

I would like to be able to ask Alexa to play music.

Sorry to be a bit of a nuisance, as usual.

You can download Alexa app if you've deleted it.

Go to this link when on your Amazon tablet https://www.amazon.co.uk/Amazon-com-Amazon-Alexa/dp/B00P03D4D2

Thank you @MI5 for your reply

I now have Alexa back and have music on the tablet

I am just thinking ... ... ... is there perhaps an old Amazon Fire thread(s) so I don't have to bother you and others on the community

Just thinking.
