I am trying to re-add two email accounts where the provider is www.mrsite.co.uk - these two accounts previously worked fine to receive emails but not send (someone advised I delete and re-add to see if they would then send - bad advice as it seems the Q10 doesn't support sending emails from these accounts anyway!)
So I'm trying to add with my email address and password but I receive an error message that the email and/or password are incorrect - they work fine on the host site.
So I've tried the advanced settings but can't work out the IMAP or POP3 and SMTP settings.
It's been a week now and I've tried every combination possible including using the Blackberry email verification code and asking my email provider for help, but I'm completely stuck and feeling my Blackberry is no longer useful as I can't even receive emails for these two accounts!
Any ideas?

The link you have provided does not cover phones on the 10 OS.
These emails were previously working on my phone which is suggesting there may be a problem with the O2 server, hence why I asked the question on here.

O2 users - the error message I receive is:
Your login information for SMTP server (smtp.02.co.uk) has changed or is incorrect. Please check your account settings.
I have been using: my own domain name as username and my own password, server address as smtp.02.co.uk and port as 25.
Any ideas on where I am going wrong with the O2 information?

MI5 is correct the O2 Email servers are now closed down except for O2/Sky customers.
