Access Point Problems

I have the Lumia 930 and having a tiresome time trying to find either the access point or even network setup. I read that AP will not work with Windows 8.1? Has anyone found a way around this please? I have not been able to send MMS much to my annoyance. Many thanks

Or text the word active to 2020 save the settings that are sent back and reboot the phone...

Settings >mobile+sim >SIM settings
