ALCATEL GARBAGE

Anonymous
Not applicable

I recently, in error!!!! put my Samsung Galaxy in the washer!! Not recommended. As it was my fault I decided to go to O2 and purchase another phone. I purchased the Acatel 2005. As a phone great, but as a player of music total crap. No way will the phone load music in Album form. Try as I will, and I do know what I am doing, will music load other than playing random, even though the setting for random is OFF.  On the lat occasion the cable supplied with the phone was a bit tight. On pulling it out of my PC it dragged with it the contents of my computer USB Port. Because of the music I listen to only albums are acceptable. For example if I want to listen to say EVITA I want it in order and not as and how it wants to play. I am now forced to carry both my phone and MP3 player wherever I go, and at the age of 63 not recommended. Seems once O2 have sold you something thats the end of it. Only bought the Acatel on August 31 and have had to go back to shop 3 times, and now no point in going again. Sadly my contract has a further 12 months to run so that is going to be a waste of £15.99 a month for 12 months. I purchased this because of the music side, what a waste of pension. Another example of "weve got your money, now sod off"

If the phone has been off for repair for the same problem 3 times they will replace it.

You have 7 "working" days to return the phone and cancel.

I hope you weren't expecting Galaxy performance from a phone that cheap.

It's only a phone that's meant to be used as a phone and very little else.

If you have lost confidence with it then you could sell the handset and use the funds raised to buy an alternative.

Just a thought !

Look at places like CEX
