Is there a process to have equipment verified by O2?
And/or to check compatibility?
I have been informed that the 5G modem unit can support EN_DC B20_n78, B1_n78, B3_n78, B8_n78.

Check you sim is 5g and also if 5g is available at your location O2 Service Status

The SIM has been confirmed as 5G enabled by the service provider.
Also the 5G coverage map confirms that I am well within range for the 5G. Indeed that mast is in line of sight within a short distance.
The modem is an import sample but support the N78 bands used by O2.

Is it an O2 sim and on contract or PAYG?
O2 only provides 5g to contracts currently.
