2 deposit

Hi so I paid £20 pound deposit for a tablet that I then got told I can't have due to not having no photo I'd so o2 stop the contract and said I'll get my deposit back but this was 3 weeks ago and nothing has come back

Also I tried for another tableand paid £25 and got rejected and also not had that deposit back. I've phone o2 and all they said is withing 5 days but this was 2 weeks ago

Any suggestions

You need to speak to your bank, as o2 wont have the funds, they will be pending with your Bank. 

It usually takes 24hrs to 7 days but it can take as per the card issuers rules between 30 and 60days.
