No need to cancel it, just don't top up.
If you had set auto top up you can turn it off in your My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Just as a matter of interest Rich...what happens next ?(if you dont top up) Can you change tariff or what...or does this just opt you out of everything?..

Apologies if this sounds dim...but having just returned from sunny Spain, my brain is a bit slow....:smileytongue:

If you don't top up your allowances won't refresh until you do top up again.
If you want a different tariff just top up by the amount to cover the chosen tariff.

And as the OP wants a £15 bundle (from their other thread)... that answers that then. Thanks wink

I'm on that particular bundle, and there are several ways that you can change tariffs:

You can switch between Big Bundles and our other tariffs once a month by:

Texting your new tariff code free to 21300
Calling 2202 free from your mobile
Visiting My O2

More information can be found in this link from O2 Help & Support.

Edit: if you're thinking of switching to the Big Talker, then information about that tariff can be found in this link.
