The O2 apps are free - are you sure it's not something else?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I'm not sure this is o2 charging you 1.50 each time. My advice is to call customer services and discuss the matter with a member of the support staff.

At a push it could be o2 protect storage charge but I believe they start at £3 per month.
