I have recently upgraded my bb to torch 9810 and it has been freezing for weeks and then kept restarting. it finally turned off and never turned on. I went back to the shop and they have sent it for repair. I checked the o2 repair tracker and it has a fault status of no power and repair outcome 02 swap process. please can someone clarify what this means? will they replace my handset with another as its in warranty as I have only had it for 3 months?

Yes it sounds like they are changing the handset but it is possible that it may be a reconditioned phone rather than new.
