k i have waited over 3 week to recieve a replacement N930, got sent a N625, w d f , still waiting, no contact, feel massively fobbed off, anyone who wants let me know im willing to take them to court for breach of contract....would like other cases,,

If the phone is just as good and with near enough the same specs and screen size with minor missing features, I wouldn't worry about it. Otherwise, I would call them or go into my local o2 store,'and try to sort it.
