how can i end my contract early, without holding on the phone for 45mins

what's the best way to go about ending my contract 2 months early, will i have to pay the last 2 months in full.

Unless you have a Refresh contract, in which case you only need to settle the outstanding device plan and can end your airtime contract early without penalty. slight_smile

 

I'm afraid you would need to speak to the retentions guys/gals to be able to action that though.
