Why is data suddenly draining on my Nokia Lumia 620? (Pay and Go Go Go)

Hi

 

I am now on my second month of using Pay and Go Go Go and get 250MB of data a month.

The first month was fine - used facebook, emails etc and it went down gradually.

This month my data has disappeared within a week and I can't work out why - have not been using it any more than I did the first month,.

Contacted 02 support and they said an application could be running continuously but can't work out what that is.

Does anyone have a Nokia Lumia 620 and had a similar problem?

You'll need to check your data usage to see where its going. If there is no facility on your phone look for an app in the app store.

PS I was advised by 02 web support to turn off mobile data but this isn't the answer. I want to access the web at any time but need to work why it all drained so suddenly.
