Why is Lumia 950 not available for upgrade

I want to upgrade my phone and like the look of the Microsoft Lumia 950 or 950XL but I cannot find this as a phone for upgrade. Why is this? The only phone I have seen is the Lumia 650 and this is reconditioned. I would appreciate a response on this as I am considering my options on upgrading or moving.

It doesn't appear to be in the O2 shop as you say @Anonymous

It is available from CPW and giffgaff...both available on the O2 network...

By the looks of things MS have stopped production of these handsets now, both are out of stock on Microsofts website and have been for some time now.

Then @Anonymous better try the two outlets I posted above......as they appear to still have stock. I have just checked

Many thanks for the feedback it is much appreciated. Imay have to look at moving away from Windows Phone then and use Office on another platform.
