Setting up an in-car Wi-Fi hotspot

I'm in the process of finalising the technicalities and purchase of a unit to run the above.

It's unlocked and compatible with O2.

Can I obtain, as an existing customer another SIM using the same payment means as my mobile account

i.e VISA debit account?

Please advise.
