Blackberry classic on contract

My Blackberry classic is malfunctioning and i have insurance as part of my contract - is there a number i can phone to get my device sent away for repair?

Insurance is only for non warranty repairs.
If it's just a malfunction and still under warranty it should be assessed by a repair centre first.
We'd recommend talking to BB directly rather than using O2 repairers though.
