The Appeals Court has not ruled on the matter but wants both sides to present their case on Monday, at the latest, before it makes a ruling. So for the moment Trump's Executive Order is dead.

I love the statement that Trump has 'unreviewable authority'. What do they think Congress and the Federal Courts are for. Trump is not a dictator though he and his merry band if men seem to think so.

What a farce.

NOT even the president himself can overturn a supreme court ruling. Trump needs to know when to stop as at the moment he is doing his utmost to appear the clown most intelligent people know he is.

Yep Trump has already tweeted 'See you in court'. Hr says he's prepared to take this to the Supreme Court. He'll look like the idiot he is if he loses there as well; which is on the cards.
