Down here today in lively London it's grey, damp and cold. In other words just another wonderful winter's day LOL

@pgnBeautiful film (sad in parts) . Though I will say this..... Its a hell of a long march just to mate wink

Then the males look after the egg and the females march miles again to bring back food....

It's a hard work being a female penguin.....LOL

I agree @Glory1 though I'm not sure I would trudge hundreds of miles over a snowy tundra just to mate and lay an egg....

Let alone trudge all the way to the sea to find some bloody fish.. THEN undertake another long trudge home to feed 'the family'...Pfffttt, joy

(As you can see I ain't one for trudging) LOL

My trudging days anywhere are long over too @Cleoriff. Doing a round-trip journey like that - nah. Rather put my feet uo at home and be warm and toasty Dance

Really @pgn. The males are sitting comfortably while the females do all the work. Not so different to some humans I know LOL
