Hi Everyone,

Not excatly new to O2, been with them near enough 1 and half years.

Been on the community before but just joined sort off thing.

Never really had a problem with O2 till today, so well hopefully they sort it out if not...

Put it this way they, I want only not pay too get an upgrade or even be with them till i get a free upgrade. I'll be a very un-happy customer.

But I'll stay optimistic hopefully they will at least try. To be honest a don't want to want to go with another mobile company cause I was quite happy with O2, but that's entierly up to them.

So hopefuly my next post will be that i'm staying. Rather than saying that am leaving.

Anyway just thought I would say Hi...

Optimistic and I do wish you well. It does also imply some satisfaction with the network so bear than mind too.
