Hi guys!
New year and new films coming up! Which ones from January-March are you interested in going to see? I've listed them below (let me know if I missed any!)
Ghost in the Shell is definitely one that I'm most interested in! Followed by Beauty & The Beast.
I also want to see the Return of Xander Cage as it has Nina Dobrev from the Vampire Diaries TV show. The historical drama Viceroy's House has Gillian Anderson so I'll probably go see that one. Katee Sackhoff from Battlestar Galactica is in Don't Knock Twice, so that's also on my list.
What's on yours?

Certainly some of the remakes are vastly superior to the originals. I watched the Jungle Book last week. 2016 version. The young male actor Neel Sethi played Mowgli and the CGI for the animals was simply stunning. Nominated for an award this year..

I think the improvements definitely brings the remakes of older movies to life. I don't like it when they do remakes after only a few years though.

No that's just milking the cash cow but with the total advancement in camera work and special effects, many of the older films would be well worth a remake.

@jonsie exactly, the effects are so advanced these days they can really help improve a remake.

I'm the same @jonsie, I want to compare them. I'm a little dubious :(. The cast is great, but Julie Andrews is irreplaceable. Unless they show Mary Poppins in a new part of her life perhaps. We will see!
