Yes, quite a few over the last week have been struggling to get through.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

We were told the issues had been resolved and there would be no long wait times....but apparently they now must have staff shortages . You have to persevere @Anonymous

but sat here waiting for someone with no knowledge of how long its going to be is ridiculous.  Not like I can call and find out.

We know...but as said we are all customers like yourself...so would have no idea of wait times...sorry..
