I do have an MP3 player but at work we have radio on .

I use my phone to listen to music @Anonymous. As I download tracks it doesn't eat into my data as much as streaming would.
I have a CD player which I never use and CDs I never play. It's just so much easier to tap into the music player on my phone and listen to what I'm in the mood for and I can still do other things on my phone while I listen, like play games - turning off any music in the game first.
Never had an iPod. My phones have always been used like an iPod.

That's an interesting question 
I use my phone for music, and simply charge my phone regularly throughout the day if need. I would often forget to charge either my phone or the iPod if I had both, so better to have just one 
I can definitely see the use of having both though ...

I had an ipod when I worked nights processing retailers' cash because phones weren't allowed for obvious reasons. When the ipod expired a year or so after retirement I have used my phone ever since. Ear buds out and about and connected to bluetooth speakers at home. Having tinnitus means expensive music systems are wasted on me so my way of listening to my music which I've collected over the years suits me and my lifestyle.

The only time the phone is used for music is in the car connected via USB....or often we just use a memory stick. (in fact the car itself is more geared to playing music than we are at home. 
)
In the house we have a 'very modern' CD player which we use rarely. (unless it's used to play CD's which have the tracks we like downloaded on it...)

I'll have to go for a touch when this one gives up the ghost (the screen cracked on the last one in a way that made it unusable)
I kind of fell into using an iPod as a lot of the labels I buy from release only via digital now and I started to buy music via iTunes.
I listen to Prog, Psy and Goa Trance and buy quite a few singles.
