just had an exchange on my phone but i forgot to put the charger in the box what do i do ?

cant get through to speak to someone...Help

Not to worry...You could return it to your O2 shop and ask them to pass it on....but you really do need to let Customer Services know that you forgot to put it in...

At a push you could send it seperately with a note of explanation...as long as you can include the details of the phone you returned...
