Does anyone know if mood apps are psychologically valid?

That could easily come under the definition of "guantanamo bay torture" @Bambino

I was just interested in what people thought about "mood apps and if anyone had ever used them. As it was an area that was discussed in a psychology lesson @ college.

Fascinating to hear these apps were discussed in your psychology lesson @Anonymous . How times have changed. Nothing like this about when I did my psychology.

Did they think they genuinely had some sort of impact?. I have never used them and doubt I would ...but it is interesting to hear other perspectives...Smiley Very Happy
